This plan is a culmination of 39 years of experience in the process serving field.  The PPP concept enables the diverse staff of LPS to develop a plan of action and present a united effort which will take your client from the pleading stage through judgment, asset search, body writ or whatever else confronts the team.

The team integrates field responsibility with the work performed by the team’s skip-tracer.  We are capable of performing special services which may include skip-tracing to locate and serve, surveillances, interview or specialized objectives to effect proper service of whichever writ is required in any particular stage of the case.  Upon completion of the actual services, we promptly return to your office a completed proof of service with an affidavit prior to your return date.
