Thank you for visiting Legal Process Service, Inc.  As we approach our 40th year of business we welcome the opportunity to be of service to you.  We are LICENSED, EXPERIENCED, and COMMITTED to process serving, skip tracing and document filings.  Our goal is to provide timely and quality service to our clients.  We do this through what we call our "Perfect Partnership Plan".   

 

This plan enables LPS to develop a plan of action and present a unified effort which will take our client from the pleading stage through judgment, garnishment, orders, and/or body writ, as well as anything else that confronts our team.

 

We have handled over 700,000 pleadings and cover all ten counties in Northern Illinois including: Cook, Lake, Kane, Kendall, DeKalb, Will, DuPage, McHenry, Boone and Winnebago. That’s all of northern Illinois, 1,000 square miles.
