What is Our Authority to Serve Process?
We are an Illinois Licensed Private Detective Agency authorized to serve process without a court order in all Illinois counties outside of Cook County.
For process filed in Cook County, Attorneys can use the Quarter Standing blanket order and in some divisions a Special Process Motion/Order is required for each case.
