Chapin Wood, the company's president, is totally devoted to client satisfaction. He has 29 years of experience in handling both criminal and civil cases and is a highly regarded professional. Chapin has conducted many seminars pertaining to process and skip tracing and has been a guest speaker at various law forums. He formed the Illinois Litigant League and was instrumental in creating a law that allows the service of process to be taxed as court costs. His business is a true "family affair" as both his wife and daughter are investigators.

Leslie, Julie and PJ are the "heart and soul" of Legal Process Service. They enjoy working closely with the clients and provide the key to total client satisfaction. Leslie, a senior staff member, attends to the overall organization of the agency. She has experience in all aspects of the business and lives up to the motto "If you need to know, ask Les!" Julie, is the supervisor of field operations. Her valuable experience enhances her ability to get cases quickly served within the letter of the law. PJ is the chief "Gotcha" expert at Legal Process Service, Inc. She handles the skip tracing division and LOVES to help clients find anyone, anywhere at anytime.
